In the event of a machine malfunction, the PDI team is there to ensure it can run to the best of its abilities again.

The simplest step in getting a machine up and running again is to view PDI’s training and troubleshooting videos in conjunction with reading the operations manual. These videos can be found below by either using the QR code or clicking on the link.

If the videos don’t provide the information necessary to fix the problem, the PDI team is available for either a phone call or a virtual service technician session. These quick sessions will connect you with a knowledgeable team member that can quickly assess what the problem is.

If the problem can’t be solved virtually, or if on-site training or troubleshooting is required, PDI can send a service technician to your warehouse.
