Box/Case Conveyer Belt Reject System

The optional box/case conveyer belt reject system removes boxes that have not been filled to the correct weight from the production line.

The belt reject system runs on actuators that are fully electric, removing the need for compressed air and providing repeatable performances. Electric actuators also eliminate inconsistencies associated with compressed air and air actuators.

An advantage of the belt-style reject system is that it eliminates the need for mechanical reject bars. This removes pinch points and reduces safety concerns while operating the machine. Swapping out mechanical reject arms for a belt also increases the rate that out of weight boxes can be diverted from the line, driving up productivity.
